Personal Check: Your order will be shipped within
7-10 days upon receipt of your payment, after your check has been

Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, return the
new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30
days, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange.
When making a return, please follow these directions
carefully so your return can be processed as quickly as
possible.
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form
completely. NO
returns will be accepted without us first receiving
this form.
2. You will receive instructions on where to send your
return/exchange within 24 business hours
(you may need an RMA # or call-tag sent to you).

you need faster service.
- All merchandise returned is subject to up to a 20%
restocking fee (depends on manufacturer).

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.
- Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds
on handling/shipping charges.
